Privacy PolicyTerms of Service

Sacred Geometry respects your privacy. We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate our websites, provide accounts and support, process and deliver orders, secure our systems, and meet our legal obligations.

Part I — Privacy Policy

Our privacy promise

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not disclose it to data brokers, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We disclose only the minimum information reasonably necessary to operate the store, complete a service you request, protect the website and its users, or comply with law.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to sacredgeometry.io, www.sacredgeometry.io, devices.sacredgeometry.io, and related Sacred Geometry pages that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

  • Order and delivery information: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, products ordered, order value, payment method, and order status.
  • Account information: your username, email address, password in securely hashed form, saved addresses, and account preferences.
  • Support information: information you submit through our contact form or in correspondence with us, including your name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Payment-related information: transaction identifiers and payment status supplied by the payment processor. Complete card numbers and card security codes are collected directly by the payment processor, not stored by Sacred Geometry.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring URL, error information, and logs reasonably needed to maintain security and diagnose problems.
  • Cookie and preference information: cart/session state, login state, theme selection, catalog-view selection, and other settings required to provide the requested site experience.

We receive this information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from payment or fulfillment providers when they report the status of a transaction or delivery. We do not intentionally collect medical records or other health information through the store.

3. How we use information

  • To create and administer customer accounts.
  • To process payments, confirm orders, arrange fulfillment and shipping, provide downloads, and handle returns or support.
  • To communicate transactional or service-related information you request.
  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Services; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and preserve system integrity.
  • To maintain tax, accounting, warranty, dispute, and other business records.
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not use order, account, or contact-form information to build advertising profiles. We do not currently operate a customer marketing mailing list. If we introduce optional marketing communications later, they will require a separate choice and will include an unsubscribe method.

4. When information is disclosed

Running an online store necessarily requires limited data processing by service providers. We disclose only information reasonably needed for the service they perform, including:

  • Payment providers to authorize, process, and document your chosen payment.
  • Hosting, network, security, and email providers that operate infrastructure or deliver requested communications.
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers when a name, address, contact detail, and order information are necessary to deliver a physical or special-order product.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect legal rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect a person from harm.
  • A successor to the business only as part of a legitimate merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

These operational disclosures are not sales of personal information. We do not permit service providers to use customer information for their own unrelated marketing.

5. Payments and cryptocurrency

If you choose PayPal, a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available, payment information is processed through PayPal and is subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement. Sacred Geometry receives transaction confirmation and related order information but does not receive or store your complete card number.

If you choose cryptocurrency, checkout is processed through our self-hosted BTCPay Server. Cryptocurrency transactions are broadcast to a public blockchain. Blockchain addresses, amounts, timestamps, and related transaction data may be permanently public and generally cannot be altered or erased by Sacred Geometry.

6. Google Sign-In data

If you choose “Sign in with Google” when that option is available, Google authenticates you and provides Sacred Geometry with the basic identity information you authorize: your Google account’s unique identifier, email address and email-verification status, display name, and profile image where available. We do not receive your Google password.

We use this Google user data only to authenticate you, create or link your Sacred Geometry customer account, prefill basic account information, prevent account abuse, and provide account-related support. We store the Google account identifier and the basic profile information associated with your Sacred Geometry account for as long as described in the retention section below.

We do not request or access your Google contacts, Gmail messages, Drive files, calendars, payment information, or other Google services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or disclose it for unrelated purposes. It is disclosed only to the limited infrastructure and security providers described in this Policy when necessary to operate the sign-in and account service.

You can disconnect Sacred Geometry through your Google Account connections. You may also request deletion of the information stored with your Sacred Geometry account through our contact form. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete order records that we must retain. Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use first-party cookies and browser storage for essential and preference functions such as maintaining your cart, keeping you signed in, remembering display preferences, protecting forms, and supporting checkout. Payment providers may set their own cookies when their services are displayed or used. We do not use cookies to sell your information or for cross-site behavioral advertising.

You can restrict cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working correctly.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Order and transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, and legal-compliance periods. Account information is retained while an account remains active and until deletion is requested, subject to information we must keep. Contact messages and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, protect the Services, or document a legitimate business matter.

When retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from ordinary use. Some backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through normal backup rotation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, software updates, backups, and payment processing that avoids storing complete card numbers on our systems. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal information; to object to certain processing; or to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Sacred Geometry does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable California privacy law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

To submit a privacy request, use our secure contact form and write “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may retain information that applicable law permits or requires us to keep.

11. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. International processing

Our Services and providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on an approved legal mechanism or another lawful basis.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.

14. Contact us about privacy

Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be submitted through the Sacred Geometry contact page. Select or enter a privacy-related subject so the request can be routed appropriately.

Part II — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Services and purchases from Sacred Geometry. By visiting the Services, creating an account, using Google Sign-In, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location and, for purchases, at least 18 years old or acting with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method; your use of Google’s service remains subject to Google’s own terms.

2. Products, information, and intended use

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Handmade products, special-order equipment, displays, finishes, packaging, and accessories may have minor variations that do not materially change their intended function. Measurements and specifications are approximate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Sacred Geometry products and content are offered for personal exploration, education, engineering, artistic, or experimental use as described on the applicable page. They are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Website content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order before shipment or delivery of a digital product for reasons including unavailable inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order safely. If we cancel an order after receiving cleared payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping, customs charges, duties, network fees, or similar charges may be added or remain the customer’s responsibility as disclosed at checkout or required by law.

Reseller items and any other item priced at $300 or more are restricted to cryptocurrency payment. Cryptocurrency prices or invoices may expire, and blockchain payments are generally irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset and amount to the correct network and address shown by checkout. Sacred Geometry is not responsible for funds sent using an unsupported asset, incompatible network, or incorrect address.

5. Special orders and availability

Products identified as special orders require additional procurement, preparation, testing, or production time. Any lead time is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Availability may change before procurement is confirmed. We will communicate a material inability to fulfill the order and, where appropriate, offer a revised estimate, a reasonable alternative, or cancellation and refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, supplier schedules, or events outside our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported and for paying applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the stated shipping terms.

7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Contact us through the support form before sending any item back. Return or cancellation eligibility depends on the product type, its condition, whether special-order procurement or production has begun, whether a digital product has been accessed, and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Unless required by law or caused by our error, used products, customized or special-order products after work has begun, and delivered digital downloads may be ineligible for return.

Approved physical returns must be sent using the instructions we provide and should include all components in their original condition. Refunds are issued through an available method appropriate to the original transaction. Cryptocurrency refund handling, including the asset, exchange-rate basis, address verification, and network fees, will be communicated before processing. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.

8. Digital products and license

Unless a product page expressly provides different terms, a purchased digital file is licensed—not sold—to the buyer for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use. You may make reasonable backup copies but may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or make the file available to others. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer.

9. Safety and responsible use

Some equipment may involve electrical power, radio-frequency energy, electromagnetic fields, heat, glass, high voltage, or other hazards. Read available instructions, inspect equipment before use, use appropriate grounding, ventilation, shielding, protective equipment, and separation distances, and disconnect power before changing components. Operation should be limited to knowledgeable adults in a suitable environment. You are responsible for determining whether a product and proposed use are safe, lawful, and appropriate.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, use another person’s account, submit fraudulent information, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Services or products in violation of applicable law. We may limit or terminate access reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or legal rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Services—including their design, text, graphics, logos, original product designs, photographs, software, databases, and other content—are owned by Sacred Geometry or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited use necessary to browse or use a purchased product as authorized, no right or license is granted without written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interoperate with payment processors, Google Sign-In, shipping providers, public blockchains, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sacred Geometry does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts or availability, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that informational content will be complete for every purpose. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or required by law. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Geometry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services or a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Sacred Geometry for the product or service giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Sacred Geometry and the transaction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms, an order, or a return request may be submitted through the Sacred Geometry contact page.
